This Site allows users to cast votes and participate in polls regarding elected representatives and public officials. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You agree to use Google Authentication to verify your identity. This is used solely to prevent duplicate votes and spam.

3. Voting Integrity

Each user is allowed to vote once per poll unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to restrict access or remove votes in cases of suspected abuse or manipulation.

4. Confidentiality of Votes

Votes are anonymized and confidential. No personal identifiable information is publicly linked to your voting choices.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt to interfere with the integrity or proper working of the site.
• Harass, threaten, or otherwise violate the rights of others.

6. Content Policy

Ratemyneta is a platform for civic engagement and political discourse. We encourage honest and constructive feedback about political leaders, but we do not tolerate:

• Personal attacks or threats against individuals
• Content that promotes discrimination or violence
• Misinformation or deliberately misleading content
• Spam or commercial solicitation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these policies and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Site are owned or licensed by us. You may not use our content without express written permission.

8. No Bias Guarantee

The developer and platform operators do not endorse or oppose any political party, candidate, or viewpoint.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide the Site "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Site.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

These Terms are governed by Constitution of Nepal, Article 17. Right to Freedom: freedom of opinion and expression.
